Positive thermal CTP plate is a layer of sand mesh structure formed by electrolytic coarsening on the upper surface of aluminum substrate, a layer of alumina hydrophilic layer formed by anodic oxidation on the surface of sand mesh structure, and a layer of thermal imaging composition coated on the surface of alumina hydrophilic layer, wherein the sand mesh depth of sand mesh structure is 2.0-2.6 μm. The density is 0.4-0.5 μm. The longitudinal total density is 0.025-0.030 μ m.
