In 2000, Henan Chalco introduced the advanced fully automatic PS plate and CTP plate production line. In the first phase, it invested 15 million yuan to introduce a drum production line to produce positive PS plate and thermal CTP plate, with the maximum production width of 1300mm and the fastest speed of 8m / min. The second phase will invest a professional production line of thermal CTP plate , which has been put into operation. The maximum production width is 1560mm, and the maximum speed is 12m / min. its quality and technical parameters are consistent with Kodak. The annual production scale of CTP printing plates of our company is 6 million square meters, which will form a large production center of high-quality PS plate and CTP plate in China, mainly producing various CTP printing plates such as positive PS plate, thermal CTP plate and CTCP plate.
