Printing plate making is one of the processes before printing. The printing plate base includes aluminum plate, aniline plate, etc. at present, the aluminum base plate is more used, usually 1050 aluminum plate, 1060 Aluminum plate, 1070 aluminum plate, etc. 1060 h18 CTP aluminum plate substrate is made of pure aluminum plate as the substrate and coated with photosensitive materials. CTP plate is a high-end product of PS plate. The specification of 1060 h18 CTP aluminum plate substrate is mainly (0.14-0.38) * (400-1500) mm. This method can improve the efficiency and quality of plate making and printing production.

1050 aluminum plate, 1060 Aluminum plate and 1070 aluminum plate belong to series 1 pure aluminum. They have the advantages of low density, easy processing, corrosion resistance, good conductivity / thermal conductivity and good surface treatment. They meet the conventional processing requirements (stamping and stretching), and have become common PS / CTP plate substrates. In addition, due to the single production process and relatively mature technology, the price has great advantages over other series of alloy aluminum plates.

The basic requirements of 1060 h18 CTP aluminum plate substrate on the surface of aluminum plate base are clean, flat, free of cracks, corrosion pits, spots, vents, scratches, folds, marks, peeling, pine branch patterns, oil marks and other defects; There are no defects such as sticking, cross cutting and non-metallic skin on the surface; Slight color difference, bright bar and other problems are not allowed; There shall be no bulge, ruffle and other phenomena. The PS version can ignore the above problems.

PS aluminum plate / CTP version base is one of our advantageous products. The product quality is excellent and has a good reputation. The product market share is as high as more than 50%. New and old customers are welcome to consult and order.
